We are required by our credit card processor to verify information on credit cards. We may at times require additional information regarding billing and/or shipping or related items. We reserve the right to refuse any order if sufficient verification or authorization cannot be obtained.
Our primary method of shipment is via Federal Express (FedEx). Some items may be too large or heavy to ship with FedEx and we will make appropriate arrangements in those cases. We will ship your order via FedEx ground service unless you specify otherwise. Allow 7-10 working days for shipments of in-stock goods from California to points on the east coast. Delivery within California and surrounding states is usually less than 4 days. Shipping and handling will be added to each order. In the case of credit card orders, this will be charged along with the merchandise at time of shipping. If a prepaid order has merchandise, freight and handling beyond available funds, in most cases we will ship it COD, check acceptable for the balance. If for some reason a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable ("not in" on three delivery attempts, refusals, or nonpayment), you will still be responsible for all charges and a hold will be put on all future shipments until the incurred charges have been paid. We are unable to ship via receiver's or third party shipper accounts. We are also unable to ship on your shipping account. All packages are shipped with the notation “Adult Signature Required”.

Orders under $50 may be subject to a $10 minimum order charge. This is in place to apportion costs of processing to those orders appropriately. International orders will require higher minimums.
We stock more than 20,000 different part numbers, many more than are pictured in this catalog. If you don't see a particular item listed, call us for availability. If we don't have it on the shelf, we can special order it and get it to you as fast as possible. No returns will be allowed on special order products. Our turnaround for special orders is typically two days though in some instances our vendors will not be able to meet this timetable. Please be advised that special order items may require prepayment and are non-returnable.
Returns and Exchanges
No item may be returned without our having issued a prior return authorization, (R.A. #). Returns sent without an R.A. # clearly marked on the carton will be refused.
Call 818-746-3060 to request a Return Authorization. We reserve the right to grant or refuse R.A. requests at our discretion. When issued, R.A. numbers are valid for 30 days from date of issue. An R.A. number does NOT guarantee a replacement or refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim. Write this number on the outside of your package to be returned and tag the goods inside with your name and R.A. number. Items must be returned in new, resalable condition and in original packing. Returns MUST be sent freight pre-paid by you (U.P.S., FedEx or truck freight as applicable). We will not accept C.O.D. shipments. Authorization to return unwanted merchandise must be obtained within 30 days of shipping date. Returns will be subject to a repackaging charge and may also be subject to restocking fees at our discretion. Electrical parts are not returnable as we have no control over their use. All allowable returns are subject to a charge for outbound and return shipping costs, handling, reboxing and re-stocking; except in the case of our error. Ship in the item’s original packaging. Pack securely, insure and ship prepaid by UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. You are responsible for the item(s) arriving in proper condition. Returns sent C.O.D. or freight collect will not be accepted. No refund will be granted on any part that has been painted, installed or modified or that is not in saleable condition in its original packaging. Items deemed ineligible for credit will be returned via FedEx or common carrier, freight collect.
Some items, i.e. turbos, ECU’s, plenums, driveshafts, engines, and others require the exchange of the stock component. This component is then upgraded or remanufactured and sold. The use of the core program allows you to keep your car on the road rather than waiting for your part to be modified. We will charge you for the core at time of purchase and credit this back when we receive and certify your part as suitable for modification. In the event that the item is not usable, i.e. cracked turbo housings or a malfunctioning ECU, we will not be able to issue credit. Please note that there are time limits involved. We may not be able to issue credit if you don’t return the stock item in the specified time. Also, many core items are vehicle specific. If you obtain a core item from another vehicle, it may not be allowable as a core for your part.
Warranty claims will be handled as outlined above. KTMotoring Inc. products accepted under warranty claim will be repaired, replaced or credited to you at our option. In some cases pro rating may be applied where an item has fulfilled some part of it's serviceable life. Any product designed or used for off-road use is considered a racing part and carries no warranty, either express or implied Items warranted by other manufacturers will be returned to them for their determination and remedial action in accordance with their policies.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure the shipping address you give us is accurate and complete. If a shipping address given to us by a customer is undeliverable or incomplete, we may be charged fees by FedEx for returning or rerouting the shipment. The customer will be responsible for all related charges. Make sure you give us apartment numbers, suite information and that we have your newer address on file if you have moved.
If a package arrives which has been damaged during shipping, please call Customer Service for assistance. Claims against a common carrier must be made by you. In all cases, inspect your package when it arrives and note any damage above your signature or refuse the package. Save all packaging for any claims. Claims for errors or shortages must be made in writing, to us within 3 days of receipt.
